2010 Football World cup squads

Frank Lampard will train with the England squad on Friday after recovering from a twisted ankle. He suffered the injury on Thursday ahead of Saturday's quarter-final clash against Portugal. He is however expected to play on Saturday night.

"I've spoken to Frank, he feels fine and he expects to train," an FA spokesman said on Friday.

England's Gary Neville who suffered the setback a fortnight ago in the final training session before the group match with Trinidad and Tobago is set return at the expense of Michael Carrick.

Portugal also have some injury concerns with Cristiano Ronaldo still hoping he can shake off his thigh injury in time for the game against England but his chances of playing against England appear slim after he missed a training session on Friday.

The Portugal winger has been receiving treatment on a thigh injury he suffered against Holland. Portugal will be without Costinha and Deco who have both been suspended.
