France coach Raymond Domenech will announce a provisional European Championship roster Sunday with six additional players, giving himself some extra insurance and a final opportunity to look at fringe candidates.

"You can't say there won't be problems, won't be any injuries," Domenech told RTL radio station on Wednesday. "We have to think ahead.

Everyone has to stay vigilant and ready. I envisage all the possibilities." Domenech will invite 29 players to training camp, which he will trim to 23 on May 28 for the June 7-29 tournament in Austria and Switzerland.

"Every player in the 29 has a chance to go to the Euro finals," Domenech said.

France plays Ecuador in Grenoble on May 27, Paraguay in Toulouse on May 31 and Colombia at Stade de France on June 3 before departing for Switzerland.

France opens against Romania on June 9, and also plays the Netherlands and Italy in Group C.

Domenech hinted that Juventus striker David Trezeguet could be cut from the final 23, despite scoring 19 league goals for Juventus this season and 34 for France in his career.

"It's not a case of associating names and statistics to make a great team," Domenech said.

Domenech said four goalkeepers would be selected among the provisional 29-man squad. They are likely to be Gregory Coupet of Lyon, Mickael Landreau of Paris Saint-Germain, Marseille's Steve Mandanda and Hugo Lloris of Nice.

"He is a young and talented goalkeeper with a big future," Domenech said describing the 21-year-old Lloris.

Because several French internationals are playing in the European Champions League final on May 21 and in the French Cup final between Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain on May 24, Domenech must wait until May 25 before taking the squad to its customary pre-tournament base in the French Alpine resort of Tignes.

"You have to leave sentiments behind in this profession," Domenech said. "What counts is being efficient. The one who can't accept not being chosen should change profession."

Two years ago, Domenech surprised many by calling up Marseille rookie Franck Ribery. Similarly, he has not ruled out choosing 23-year-old Marseille winger Mathieu Valbuena, who has yet to win his first cap.

"It never bothered me in 2006 to play someone who had never played (international soccer) before," Domenech said. "I have no prejudice in terms of age and experience."
