The FA board is expected to approve the structure of a bid company to try to secure the 2018 World Cup for England.
According to UK press reports & Sportbusiness, FA Chairman Lord Triesman as well as David Gill and Peter Kenyon, the chief executives of Manchester United and Chelsea respectively will be given key roles.
Provided approvals are secured, there are also likely to be board positions for the sports minister, Gerry Sutcliffe, and the government's World Cup bid ambassador, Richard Caborn.
